مستخلص الشاي الأخضر

I’ve been taking these with breakfast for three weeks now and my afternoon slump is noticeably lighter, which is a nice bonus since I mainly wanted the metabolism support from the EGCG. The capsules go down fine and don’t leave any weird aftertaste, so sticking with them has been easy.

The capsules are easy to swallow and I’ve felt a steady, clean energy boost since starting them. The EGCG content is exactly why I picked this over other options, and my afternoon slumps have definitely eased up.

About a week in and I notice I’m not flagging in the afternoon like usual, and the EGCG content is what convinced me to try it. The capsules are small enough that I don’t dread my morning routine now.
