مكملات جليسينات المغنيسيوم بنكهة الحلوى

These gummies make it so easy to get my magnesium in—no more choking down giant pills. After a few weeks, I’ve noticed my legs feel less twitchy at night, and the taste is sweet enough that I actually look forward to taking them daily.

My nightly cramping has eased up noticeably since I started these, and the gummy texture is surprisingly pleasant with no chalky aftertaste. They’ve become an easy part of my evening routine for the magnesium support my body clearly needed.

Three weeks of these gummies and my legs have stopped cramping up in the middle of the night, which was the whole reason I gave them a shot. The texture is pleasantly chewy, not sticky like some other vitamin gummies I've tried.
