I was skeptical about getting enough DHA without fish, but this once-daily formula has been a game-changer for my routine. Three weeks in, my joints feel noticeably less creaky in the morning, and I love that there’s zero fishy aftertaste—just a clean, easy pill I take with breakfast.

I’ve been on the hunt for a fish-free omega source for a while, and the fact that this combines EPA, DHA, and ALA in one daily capsule is exactly what I needed. No fishy burps or aftertaste, which has been my biggest issue with other supplements. It’s become a non-negotiable part of my morning routi

David ★★★★☆

The softgels are easy to swallow and don't leave any aftertaste, which is a huge plus for me. I’ve been taking one daily for about three weeks now, and while I can’t feel any dramatic change, it’s reassuring to know I’m getting my EPA and DHA from a plant source instead of fish oil.
