The raw honey and apple cider vinegar give it a tangy-sweet kick that makes the daily spoonful feel more like a treat than a chore. I’ve noticed my energy feels steadier through cold season, and the glass bottle is sturdy enough to keep in the fridge door.
I’ve been taking a spoonful every morning since it arrived, and the raw honey definitely balances out the tartness of the apple cider vinegar. It’s become a comforting little ritual that I actually look forward to, and I feel like it gives my immune system a steady boost through the week.
The apple cider vinegar gives it a nice tang that cuts through the sweetness of the honey, so it doesn’t feel like I’m just chugging sugar. I’ve been adding a spoonful to my morning tea since the weather turned, and it’s become a comforting little ritual.
