The chromium plus Ceylon cinnamon combo is exactly what I needed after meals that used to leave me sluggish. My energy feels steadier through the afternoon now, which is a real difference I can feel.
Took it daily for three weeks and noticed my afternoon energy crashes aren’t as dramatic anymore. The chromium plus cinnamon combo is easy to swallow and doesn’t upset my stomach.
I've been sprinkling this on my morning oatmeal for three weeks now and my afternoon energy crash is basically gone. The chromium plus cinnamon combo seems to actually do something for keeping my blood sugar steady after meals.
