The blackberry lemon flavor mixes up completely smooth with no grit, which is rare for creatine. I’ve noticed my head feels clearer during afternoon workouts, and the calm focus actually lasts past the gym.

The blackberry lemonade flavor is genuinely refreshing and it dissolves clean with no chalky residue, which I wasn't expecting from a creatine mix. I've noticed I feel less jittery before workouts and more dialed in on my sets, so the calm-and-focus angle really does show up for me.

This is my second tub and the way it mixes is the real win—no gritty sludge at the bottom, just a smooth sip that actually tastes like blackberry lemonade. I've noticed I feel more dialed-in during my afternoon lifts, not just stronger but less scattered between sets.
