Wasn’t sure about mixing creatine with nootropics, but these stick packs are perfect for throwing in my gym bag—no scooping, no mess. The 5 g dose is easy to track, and I actually feel more dialed in during my afternoon workouts without the usual jittery crash.

These single-serving packs are perfect for throwing in my gym bag, and the 5g of creatine mixed with the focus blend gives me a nice steady energy without the jitters. Love that I can just rip one open and add it to my water bottle anywhere.

The single-serving packs are perfect for tossing in my gym bag before work, and the creatine plus adaptogen combo feels smoother than my usual powder. Takes a bit of effort to tear open on the go, but the convenience wins out.
