The psyllium husk dose is solid at 3,500 mg, and I was pleasantly surprised how smoothly it dissolves in my morning water—no clumping or gritty texture to fight through. My gut feels more regular by day three, which is more than I can say for other powders I've tried.

I usually have to choke down fiber supplements, but this one actually mixes clear and smooth with no clumping at the bottom of my glass. The 3,500 mg of psyllium husk per serving has made my mornings way more regular without that heavy, bloated feeling.

I was skeptical about another greens powder, but this one dissolves completely in my morning water with no clumps, and the psyllium husk has genuinely kept me regular since I started taking it daily.
