Samuel ★★★★★

I started taking these daily and noticed a real difference in my stress levels by the third week, it's become the most consistent part of my morning routine. The capsule is easy to swallow and doesn't leave any weird aftertaste like some blends I've tried.

Hazel K. ★★★★★

The 8-plex blend is a solid way to get my daily adaptogen fix without juggling five different bottles. I've noticed a real difference in my afternoon energy and stress levels after about two weeks of taking it, and the capsules are easy to swallow.

Victoria ★★★★☆

The capsules are easy to swallow and I haven’t noticed any stomach upset, which is my usual complaint with supplements. I’ve been taking them for about three weeks now, and while I can’t say I feel dramatically different, the adaptogen blend seems like a solid daily addition for general stress suppo
