I was skeptical about needing supplements since I eat pretty well, but after a month with this bundle I genuinely notice more steady energy in the afternoons. The capsules don't have that fishy aftertaste I’ve dealt with before, which makes the daily habit way easier to stick to.

These little capsules are easy to swallow and fit right into my morning routine, which is a huge win for me. I feel better knowing I'm filling those daily nutritional gaps without having to stress over every single meal. The bundle is convenient, and I've already noticed I'm not hitting that afterno

I’ve been taking the omega capsules with breakfast for two weeks now, and the blister packs make it stupidly easy to keep track of whether I’ve had my daily dose. It’s a small thing, but not having to fiddle with a giant bottle every morning actually helps me stay consistent.
