The 95% curcumin standardization is what sold me—I feel like I'm actually getting a potent dose without needing to swallow three giant pills. I've been taking one capsule with breakfast for two weeks now and my joints definitely feel less cranky by evening.

The veggie capsules are a plus for me since I usually avoid gelatin, and the 95% curcumin standardization gives me confidence I'm getting a decent dose. I've been taking one with breakfast for three weeks now and my morning stiffness has eased up enough that I actually notice the days I forget.

My joints feel noticeably less creaky after three weeks on these, and I love that the veggie capsules don't upset my stomach like some other supplements. The fact it's standardized to 95% curcumin with ginger root added makes me trust the potency.
