The chelated form was the main reason I picked these—no more guessing if my body’s actually absorbing it. I take one after dinner and the muscle relaxation kicks in within the hour, which makes winding down feel effortless.
I’ve been taking these about 30 minutes before bed and the 350 mg dose hits just right—my muscles feel looser by morning and I’m not tossing as much. The chelated form is easy on my stomach, which is a win since other magnesium pills gave me cramps.
Woke up feeling noticeably less stiff after a few nights on these—350 mg per serving is a solid dose, and the chelated form seems to absorb without any of that stomach heaviness I’ve gotten from other supplements. Only wish the bottle had a few more days’ worth, but that’s minor.
