Sofia X. ★★★★★

The capsules are easy to swallow and I like that it's a single herbal combo with Oregon grape root, not a bunch of extra additives. I've been taking it after meals for a month now and my digestion feels steadier overall.

Scarlett O. ★★★★★

Three weeks in and my evening blood sugar readings have dropped about 15 points, which my doctor noticed before I even said anything. The Oregon grape root in the formula gives me more confidence than plain berberine alone, and the capsules are easy to swallow.

Christopher Y. ★★★★★

I've been taking this with breakfast for a month and my afternoon energy doesn't crash the way it used to. The Oregon grape root combined with berberine feels like a solid, traditional approach to balancing things out.
