Mia ★★★★★

Three weeks in and I'm noticing steadier energy through the afternoon slump, which I didn't expect from a supplement. The Icelandic kelp and selenium combo is a smart pairing, and the vegetarian capsules go down without that fishy aftertaste I've had with other thyroid blends.

Violet ★★★★★

The vegetarian capsules are easy to swallow, and after two months I finally feel like my energy levels aren't dragging me down by mid-afternoon. The iodine and selenium combo in here seems to be doing its job for me.

Harper ★★★★★

I've been on these for about six weeks now and my energy feels steadier through the afternoon slump, which I wasn't really expecting. The vegetarian capsules are a nice touch since I avoid gelatin, and the Icelandic kelp gives me confidence in the iodine source. Three months in and no weird aftertas
