Ashwagandha

I've been taking this for about three weeks now and I'm genuinely surprised how much more patient I feel during my afternoon work chaos. The capsules are easy to swallow and don't leave that weird aftertaste some supplements have.

Picked these up on a whim during a hectic work month, and the blend of adaptogens has genuinely helped me feel less jittery by mid-afternoon. The capsules are easy to swallow and don't leave any weird aftertaste, which is a big win for me.

I was skeptical about adaptogens, but after three weeks of taking this with my morning coffee, the daily overwhelm feels noticeably more manageable. The capsules go down easy with no weird aftertaste, and I’ve actually stopped snapping at my kids by 5pm.
