Creatine + HMB

My pumps feel fuller and recovery’s noticeably smoother since I added these to my routine—the myHMB blend is exactly what I was hoping for. Third week in and I’m already leaning out while keeping my strength up in the gym.

The powder mixes in easily with just a shaker, no clumps at the end which is a relief. I’ve been taking it with my post-workout shake for a few weeks now, and the combo is doing its job without any stomach issues. Would’ve liked a scoop that doesn’t spill everywhere, but that’s a minor gripe.
