I’ve been taking one with breakfast for three weeks and it actually fits into my routine without any bloating or aftertaste. Knowing it’s designed to cover the gaps from soil depletion and my chaotic eating makes me feel a bit more in control.

The capsule size is easy to swallow, which I appreciate, and I do feel like it helps me cover some nutritional gaps on busy days. It’s not a miracle fix, but it’s a decent addition to my routine. Just wish the bottle lasted longer for the price.

The pills are easy to swallow, which is a plus, but honestly I can’t tell if they’re doing anything for my energy levels after three weeks. They’re a decent backup for when I skip veggies, but I expected a bit more noticeable of a difference.
