Been taking these with breakfast for about a month now, and the extra-strength capsules are easy to swallow without any aftertaste. I started them for general women’s health support, and honestly my mood feels steadier through the month.

Three weeks in and my skin feels noticeably calmer, especially around that time of the month — the extra-strength capsules are easy to swallow and I haven’t missed a dose yet.

I've been taking this every night for about two weeks and I'm genuinely impressed with how easy it fits into my routine, the softgels are smaller than I expected which helps. The extra strength formula makes a real difference for my overall mood, no weird aftertaste at all.
