ไฮโดร-ฟuel

I’ve been sipping this during my long training rides and it’s made a real difference in how steady my energy feels by the last mile. The mix is light and doesn’t leave that heavy, chalky aftertaste some powders do. Honestly, it’s become a non-negotiable part of my bottle now.

The powder dissolves cleanly in my bottle with no gritty aftertaste, which is huge for me since I chug it mid-run. I've noticed my legs feel less heavy during the last mile of a long workout, so it's doing something right for my hydration.

Took this to the track with my usual water bottle, and the mix dissolved cleanly without any chalky residue. The electrolyte boost kept me going through the last lap when I normally start dragging, so it's earned a permanent spot in my gym bag.
