Neuro-Peak

Three weeks in and my afternoon slump is basically gone—the 240 mg of ginkgo biloba per serving is clearly doing something. I just take one capsule with lunch and notice I can actually stay on task until dinner.

The ginkgo biloba dose is solid at 240mg, and I’ve noticed a real difference in my afternoon focus since starting it. Took about two weeks to feel the effect, but it’s been worth it.

The two-capsule serving is easy to swallow, and I’ve noticed a steadier focus during my afternoon work slump since starting it. I’d knock off half a star only because the bottle doesn’t last long at the recommended daily dose, but the 240mg of ginkgo feels like it’s doing its job.
