The single-serving sticks are perfect for my desk drawer—no more scooping powder at the office. Each one gives me exactly 5 grams, so I can grab a pack and hit the gym without thinking about measuring.

I toss one in my gym bag every morning and it's saved me more than once when I forgot to mix a shake beforehand. The 5 g dose is clearly labeled on each stick, which makes tracking my intake stupidly simple.

These single-serving packs are perfect for keeping on my desk and tossing into a gym bag; no more measuring powder or dealing with a messy scooper. Each stick is exactly 5 grams, which takes the guesswork out of my daily intake.
