肌酸軟糖

Pulled these out of my gym bag after a lunch workout and was surprised how easy they are to chew mid-day — no shaker bottle needed, just a quick bite and I’m back to work. The 5-gram creatine dose feels substantial without being chalky, which is a win for anyone who hates mixing powder.

The 5-gram dose per chew is spot-on for my post-workout routine, and I love that I can toss a couple in my gym bag without worrying about powder mess. They’re dense and chewy, which makes them feel more like a snack than a supplement, and I’ve noticed my reps feel stronger since I started using them

Fumbling with powder scoops before a workout was getting old, so these chews are a game changer for my gym bag. The bold, bite-sized format makes the 5g serving feel effortless, and they're ready whenever I need them mid-day.
