二氫小檗鹼

Took these every morning with breakfast and noticed the veggie capsules are genuinely gentle on my stomach—no aftertaste at all. Three weeks in and my energy feels steadier through the afternoon, which is exactly what I hoped for from the daily dose.

The veggie capsules are easy to swallow, which matters to me since I’m picky about supplements. I’ve been taking this daily for a few weeks now and it’s become a steady part of my routine without any stomach upset.

The dihydroberberine is the real deal—I started with one capsule after dinner and noticed a steadier energy curve within the first week. The fact that they're in veggie capsules instead of hard gelatin makes them easier on my stomach too. This is one supplement I'm sticking with for good.
