The enteric coating is a game-changer for me—I get the benefits of garlic without that dreaded aftertaste or burping. I've been taking one tablet after breakfast for two weeks and my digestion feels noticeably calmer. It's nice to finally have a supplement that doesn't make me smell like a salad.
It arrived quickly enough, and the enteric coating really does seem to do its job since I haven't had any garlic burps or bad breath, which was my biggest worry. Only minor downside is the tablets are a bit larger than I expected, so I have to be careful swallowing them, but that's not a dealbreaker
