Muscle BCAA

The 2:1:1 ratio is exactly what I look for in a recovery drink, and mixing it post-lift has become the best part of my routine. It dissolves clean with no clumps, which I appreciate when I’m rushing to sip between sets. My legs feel noticeably less wrecked the morning after a heavy squat session.

Took this after leg day and the 2:1:1 ratio really seems to do the trick—my soreness the next morning was noticeably lighter than usual. It dissolves clean in cold water with no chalky grit, which I wasn’t expecting from a vegan formula.

Mixed a scoop into my water bottle right after legs day and it dissolved way better than the last powder I tried, no clumps stuck to the bottom. The vegan formula sits fine on my stomach too, which is a win since I’m sensitive to a lot of supplements.
