The beetroot and citrulline malate combo gives me a noticeable pump during workouts, and I feel the difference around the 15-minute mark. It mixes clean and doesn't leave that chalky aftertaste I've dealt with before.
I've been taking this about 20 minutes before lifting and the pumps feel noticeably fuller, especially in my shoulders and arms. The citrulline malate plus beetroot combo seems to do the trick without any of that tingly side effect some pre-workouts give me.
The pump is noticeable within 20 minutes, that citrulline malate and beetroot combo really shows up during my heavier sets. It's not some subtle thing either, the muscle fullness sticks around through the whole workout.
