The chlorella and spirulina mix is a solid way to get more greens in without the chalky aftertaste I've dealt with in other powders, and the added fiber keeps me regular. I've been stirring it into my morning water and honestly feel less sluggish by mid-afternoon.
The powder blends into a smoothie without any chalky aftertaste, which surprised me since I've had bad luck with greens before. The wheat grass and spirulina combo has kept me regular and my afternoon slump is basically gone after two weeks of daily use.
I’ve been mixing this into my morning smoothie for three weeks now, and the barley grass plus kelp combo makes it easy to hit my daily greens without any chalky aftertaste. The fiber keeps me full till lunch, which is a bonus I didn’t expect.
