I was skeptical about yet another supplement, but three weeks in I actually notice less joint stiffness in the mornings. The 95% curcumin standardization gives me confidence it's not just filler, and the veggie capsule means no weird aftertaste.
The capsules are super easy to swallow, and I feel good knowing I’m getting that 95% curcumin along with the ginger root for extra support. I’ve noticed my joints feel less stiff in the mornings since I started taking them a few weeks ago.
